BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
4 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 minced clove garlic
1-2 splashes of red wine vinegar
1/8 cup milk (approximately)

Combine all ingredients together.

Add milk until you reach the desired consistency (more or less milk). Season with freshly ground pepper and refrigerate.

Super easy, took 2 minutes with my immersion blender. I used non-fat plain yogurt and a splash of milk.
