1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup good mayonnaise
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. If it becomes too thick, thin with a little buttermilk.
