TIM'S BLUE CHEESE DRESSING | |
1 env. dry Ranch dressing mix (HIDDEN VALLEY®) 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 tsp. red wine vinegar 1/4 cup finely diced onion 1 garlic clove, minced 8 oz. crumbled blue cheese 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened salt and pepper, to taste Mix buttermilk with dry Ranch dressing mix, stir in dairy sour cream, and add vinegar. Dice onions, run the garlic through a press, and add to mixture. In a blender pulse in the blue cheese and cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour before using. Submitted by: Timothy Terry |
