BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
4 oz. blue cheese, at room temp.
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
salt and pepper, to taste

Crumble blue cheese; blend in sour cream, salt and pepper. Add buttermilk, a little at a time.
