CARROT RAISIN SLAW 
5 lg. carrots, shredded
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
3/4 c. raisins
4 tbsp. EACH sour cream and mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In a salad bowl, mix together carrots, celery, onion and raisins. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; blend well. Add to vegetables and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or until next day. Makes 4 to 6 servings. (Cut back on carrots and increase sour cream and mayonnaise as needed.)
