INDIVIDUAL RUNZAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
Sm. head of cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
2 loaves frozen bread dough
Tomato paste or catsup, as needed

Let dough thaw and partially rise. Brown hamburger and onions, drain off any excess fat, season with salt and pepper. Chop cabbage and cook until tender, drain well. Combine both mixtures and add some of the tomato paste or catsup. Cool somewhat.

When dough has risen, pinch off small ball, roll out to a 3 x 5 inch rectangle or circle. Put 2 tablespoons of meat filling on each. Sprinkle shredded cheese over that before sealing. Place seam side down on greased baking pan. Let rise about 35 to 45 minutes. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Brush tops with butter. These can be heated or frozen. Very good.
