SLOPPY JOE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Mostacciolli noodles, cooked
8 oz. cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef in two patties, break apart in small pieces. Set meat aside. Stir pepper and onions into drippings and cook until almost tender. Add and heat to boiling: tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Put half of noodles in bottom of large casserole dish; put half of sauce on top of noodles and then half of shredded cheese. Repeat and top with Parmesan cheese. Cook, covered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
