JELLIED AMBROSIA 
1 env. plain gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flaked coconut
2 c. sectioned oranges or 2 cans Mandarin oranges
1/4 c. boiling water
1 lg. banana, sliced
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. orange juice

Sprinkle the gelatin on cold water and dissolve in boiling water. Stir in the sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy. Fold the orange, banana, and coconut into the gelatin mixture and chill firm.
