BAKED CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, cubed
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
2 lg. cans chow mein noodles
Soy sauce

Fry hamburger and onion until brown. Cook celery in water to cover until tender. In a small oval roaster combine the hamburger mixture, drained celery, soups and chow mein noodles; mix well. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Sprinkle soy sauce on your serving, if you like.
