CRANBERRY COOKIE BARS 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Ocean Spray fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. In a bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In a second bowl cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating until fluffy; stir in vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread in greased pan. Bake 30 minutes. When cool, cut into bars.

These were the best. The only I did different was I left the cranberries whole. My husband and my neighbor also thought they were the best. Can't wait to make them again!
