Dough for turnover pasties (Goya) or pkg. into 10 inch circles (already made dough)

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic
Vegetable oil

Cook the ground beef and add all the additional filling ingredients. Once cooked, set aside. Take a single dough sheet and lay flat. Take a tablespoon of filling and place in the center. Fold the dough sheet circle in half. Press edges with fork. Deep dry until golden.
