CROCK-POT SALSA CHICKEN | |
3 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breasts 1 env. taco seasoning mix 1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (your favorite) 1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream Tostito's chips or flour tortillas In a Crock-Pot mix taco seasoning, dairy sour cream and salsa. Put chicken breasts on the salsa mixture and cover. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and shred it. Stir it back into the salsa mix. Enjoy with chips.
