CROCK-POT SALSA CHICKEN 
3 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (your favorite)
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
Tostito's chips or flour tortillas

In a Crock-Pot mix taco seasoning, dairy sour cream and salsa. Put chicken breasts on the salsa mixture and cover.

Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Remove chicken and shred it. Stir it back into the salsa mix.

Enjoy with chips. Also is good on flour tortillas and Spanish rice.
