ALPINE CHICKEN BAKE 
12 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. butter, melted

Arrange chicken in a greased shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Layer Swiss cheese slices over chicken. Spread dry stuffing mix on top of cheese layer. Combine soup, sherry, and melted butter using a wire whisk. Pour evenly over all. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
