MEXICAN LAYER DIP 
1 can refried beans
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Chopped tomatoes, lettuce, olives, onion, and any other Mexican type flavors such as jalapenos to choice
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

In serving dish (approximately 12-14 inches in diameter) spread refried beans. Mix sour cream with taco season and layer on top of beans. Shred lettuce, chop tomatoes and other chosen ingredients and layer on top of sour cream mixture. Top off dip with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips for an easy, tasty dip!

I make this by putting a layer of refried beans, sprinkle the taco seasoning on next, some salsa, top with sour cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Then I bake it until the cheddar cheese melts..my most requested party contribution.

I mix the taco seasoning with the refried beans then layer with salsa guacamole, sour cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then lettuce, chopped tomatoes, olvies, green onion and last off shredded cheese on top. Best of all no cooking involved. Everyone reguests this one. Great for summer pool parties!!
