CINDERELLA'S MAGIC QUICHE
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half & half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. chopped ham, that's been cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
9-inch unbaked pie shell

(You may use 3/4 cup chopped shrimp in place of ham.) Toss cheese in flour. Add half and half, eggs, ham or shrimp and seasonings. Mix well. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. You can also add 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini. To make 2 (9 inch) pies increase half and half to 2 cups.

I've made this recipe since it first came out in Reader's Digest in 1979. It's still the one I like the best of all my quiche recipes! I add about a cup or more of chopped broccoli with the ham. So tasty and turns out perfect every time!
