CAULIFLOWER & BROCCOLI IN
MUSTARD BUTTER
 
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. bunch broccoli, separated into florets
1 sm. head cauliflower, separated into florets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a bowl blend mustard and butter, add lemon juice. Steam cauliflower and broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain, season with salt and pepper. Toss with mustard butter and coat well. Serves 6.
