BROCCOLI WITH WALNUT BUTTER 
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Wash broccoli. Slit thick stems up to the flowerets or cut stems in thin diagonal slices. Cook covered until crisp cooked. Melt butter, add ginger, nutmeg and walnuts. Drain broccoli and toss with butter mixture.

Serves 4 to 5.
