HERB BUTTER BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Place broccoli and water in a 2-quart saucepan; bring to a steam on high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine butter, lemon juice, and seasonings; pour over broccoli. Serves 6 to 8.
