2 c. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half milk or evaporated milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. cooked ham or shrimp
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Toss cheese with flour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. 6 servings.
