SPAGHETTI CHOP-CHOP | |
1 lb. hamburger 2 c. spaghetti (cooked and drained) 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 sm. onion (chopped) 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces) 1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts (sliced) 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Chinese veggies 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup 1/2 c. water Colby or Cheddar cheese Brown hamburger; drain. Add rest of ingredients (except cheese) and bring to a boil. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 375°F for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Fills a 9x13 inch casserole or baking pan. |
