frozen pork chops
cream of mushroom soup
dairy sour cream or cream cheese
pepper
garlic salt
dry onion soup mix (Lipton)

First you should know I never measure lol. I take my frozen pork chops and throw them in the Crock-Pot... season with pepper, garlic salt and onion soup mix. Then add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream (or cream cheese)... turn it on and let it go!

Serve over freshly steamed rice.
