CROCKPOT PORK CHOPS
This recipe is SO easy and delicious and SIMPLE!

1-2 packages pork chops
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 green and 1 red bell pepper (optional)

I like the bone in pork chops. They seem to have better flavor but it's up to whatever your preference is. Only use as many as you can fit in your crock pot (I have a large one so mine will hold 2 family size packages, about 8 chops). Any kind of tomato will be fine. If you want more of a Mexican flavor, use Rotel. I usually use roasted garlic and onion.

Brown pork chops in skillet then place in crock pot. Add diced tomatoes. Cut up peppers as you like and add them to the crock pot.

Cook on high for about 1 hour then turn to low. Cook on low until pork chops begin to fall apart (about 3 more hours).

Scoop into bowls and ENJOY!

** CAUTION: if you use the bone in chops, watch out for small pieces of bone.

My whole family loves this recipe and requests it constantly!
