KOREAN STYLE BEEF SHORT RIBS 
MEAT:

4 to 5 lb. beef short ribs
1 cup brown sugar

MARINADE:

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 Asian pear, peeled and chopped
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine
1 tbs sesame oil
1/2 cup water

Add all the ingredients for marinade in a large Ziploc style bag. Cut ribs into desired size (along bones). Massage meat with brown sugar. Put ribs in bag and place in refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.

Cook meat on hot grill for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
