BAKED SHRIMP | |
5 tbsp. butter 5 tbsp. flour 2 c. chicken broth 1 tsp. salt Few tbsp. dry sherry, optional 3 c. hot cooked rice 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. sliced green onions, top & all 2 1/2 c. cooked shrimp Melt butter and add flour to make a roux. Slowly add chicken broth and stir until the sauce thickens. Add the remaining ingredients and turn into a shallow baking dish. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with salad and French bread or crackers. |
