HOMEMADE MAPLE SYRUP 
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. corn syrup
4 c. water
1 tbsp. maple extract

Blend white sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour. Remove from stove top and add vanilla and maple extract. Mix well---Voila! Maple Syrup!
