1/2 lb. chopped pecans 1/2 lb. slivered almonds 1/2 lb. chopped walnuts 1/2 lb. chopped dates 1/2 lb. candied red and green cherries, diced 1/2 lb. candied red pineapple, diced 1/2 c. plain flour 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Evaporated Milk Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Prepare small muffin tins by using small cupcake cups. It makes removal of cakes much easier. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes, Do Not Over - Bake! Remove muffin tins from pan and cool cakes on rack. |
