1 sm. onion, cut up
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Dash pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese

Put all ingredients - except blue cheese - in blender container, cover and blend until smooth. Remove dressing from blender container; stir in blue cheese. Cover; chill. Garnish with additional crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve over your favorite tossed vegetable salad. Makes 2 1/2 cups salad dressing.
