TEXAS SIZE SHEET CAKE 
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Crisco oil or 2 sticks butter
1 c. hot water
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first four ingredients in a 3 quart bowl. In a saucepan over a low flame heat butter or oil and 1 cup water. Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. pour into sheet pan or regular cake pan and bake 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Frost with Chocolate One Minute Frosting. Freezes well - can use brownie size pan, 12 x 15 inches or 10 x 12 inch pan. Yield: 20-24 pieces.
