| PEANUT BUTTER CHIP CHOCOLATE COOKIES | |

1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 t. vanilla 2 c. flour 2/3 c. cocoa 3/4 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 2 c. peanut butter chips Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Mix dry ingredients and stir into sugar mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into balls and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Makes 3-4 dozen. Submitted by: Amber McSween | |

Wow, these are the best cookies I have ever tasted. I have made this recipe several times, and it always produces a rich, moist cookie that EVERYONE loves. The batter is kind of stiff and hard to stir by hand, but the results are SO worth it!!!!!

Good recipe, great with either peanut butter or mint chips, cookies came out very dry, and I needed to add more flour to actually produce a cookie... Great sea-level cookie, altitude baking add more flour and possible another egg... Fun to experiment with.
