WHOLE WHEAT HIPPIE BREAD 
2 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. warm water
1/4 c. honey
About 7 c. whole wheat flour

Knead dough. Let rise about 1 1/2 hours. Knead again. Shape loaves; let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Variation: Add 1 cup rolled oats.
