YORKSHIRE PUDDING | |
1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 2 eggs Mix all ingredients with hand beater just until smooth. Put yorkshire pudding in the muffin pan. Pudding puffs high during baking then collapses in center leaving high crispy edges. Place hot roast beef drippings in butter in each muffin pan. Bake 8-10 minutes. Eat with roast beef and is it ever good. |
