2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 pkg. (1 c.) Flako Pie crust mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 10-inch glass pie pan. Combine cheese, chicken, broccoli and onion in prepared pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients in blender container or in bowl. Mix at high speed until smooth. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomatoes.
