TACO DIP
1 can refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes
sliced black olives

Spread refried beans on bottom of dish. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Layer mixture on top of beans. Top with shredded cheese, olives, and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.

Optional toppings: onions, jalapenos, etc.

This is a super easy recipe that I've made over and over for different gatherings. I actually get requests for it now and there's never any leftovers!

Great recipe! I left out the mayo and used Greek yogurt (Stonyfield Farm) instead of the sour cream (it's got a bit more bite and is better for ya!). I also included chopped red onion and used spicy bean dip. Yum!

My version is a little simpler. I spread 1 pk of cream cheese, 1 can refried beans, 1 sm. can of green chilies, 1 sm. can of black olives, shredded cheddar or any mixture of cheeses( as long as it has some chedder in it), top with chopped scallions and a little taco seasoning. BUT, I bake it in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly... WOW. Serve with tortilla chips.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!! The mayo in the sour cream blend is the ticket!! I've had this so many times with yogurt, sour cream only and cream cheese, salsa but nothing beats the mayo blend!!!! Love it!!!!
