TARTAR SAUCE (BEST EVER!) 
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 medium red onion, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. chopped capers (if you like capers)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
sea salt and pepper, to taste

Mix, mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese until nice and thick. (Some people like it thin, I like it thick - add more milk for thinner sauce).

Add pickles, garlic, cilantro, onion, lemon juice and cream of tartar. Add capers, if desired. Mix well then add Worcestershire sauce and mix again. Refrigerate and serve when needed.

Variation: For a spicy sauce (for shrimp and other deep fried fish) add 1 cup Franks Hot Wing sauce - the tartar will be red but nice and tasty! Can also be used spicy style for dippin' fresh crab, lobster, cooked shrimp.
