“LAURA'S EASY SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP” IS IN:

LAURA'S EASY SPINACH ARTICHOKE
DIP
 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 can chopped or sliced artichokes
1 (8 oz.) pkg fine shredded Italian style cheese
1 tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix together all ingredients but half of the cheese in a oven safe bowl or pan.

Place in oven and bake for about 20 minutes, cover with remaining cheese and bake till melted and slightly golden.

I changed the recipe a little bit. I used 1 package of spinach and 2 packages artichokes. I made this using homemade dairy free Alfredo sauce with soy milk, soy creamer and dairy free cheese called Daiya. Laura, your recipe was so easy and awesome to make. Thank you!
