This recipe is fabulous. I've already shared it with friends. I exchanged the 1/2 tsp red peppers to 1/4 tsp red peppers and 1/8 tsp garlic powder increasing to 1/4 tsp garlic powder because we love garlic. THANK YOU!

Made it for the family, was a hit! Added chopped jalapenos was even better--surprising could not taste the super hotness of the jalapenos just the right amount of spice!

A few years ago I got a hankering to prepare my own spinach and artichoke dip. I stumbled upon this recipe, and I haven't looked anywhere else. I very much dislike ranch dressing or sour cream, so the fact that this recipe uses cream cheese was right up my alley. The first time I made it, I accidentally used a tablespoon measurement for the red pepper rather than a teaspoon, and it was still delicious (I love spicy food).

This recipe is phenomenal. I make it for all "food parties" for classes and work functions, and it always gets rave reviews. I've even sent it to a few friends that have asked for it.

Took this dip to a family function... now I am 'required' to bring it every time we get together. Great, simple recipe. Instead of regular chips, I take flour tortilla's, brush very lightly with EVOO, cut into wedge shapes and bake them for about 10 minutes at 325°F. They are fab... a little different than regular chips, I like them better, and there is not as much fat or salt.
