Homemade Ice Cream

 Gene Bailey (Ohio) says:
Used it to make a 1 1/2 gallon batch of ice cream. It was very inexpensive for the ingredients and was easy to mix. The taste was very smooth and creamy and did not have an icy texture. Best part is it did not use raw eggs and you don't have to worry about salmonella. Great recipe!
