HOMEMADE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES 
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix pudding and milk together first. Then add Cool Whip. Spread waxed paper over cookie sheet. Lay out 15 graham crackers. Thickly spread mixture over the crackers and put other 15 crackers on top. Freeze overnight.
