TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cubes butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 c. nuts
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cube butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix sugar, flour and salt in large bowl. In small pan bring to a boil butter, water and cocoa. Let cool. Remove from heat and add to dry ingredients. Add sour cream, eggs and soda. Mix until blended. Bake at 375 degrees in an 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes. Boil milk, butter and cocoa until bubbly. Mix nuts, sugar and vanilla. Beat 2 mixtures together with spoon. May need more milk. Put on cake when hot.
