BAKED ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
Place sliced tomatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Slice Bermuda onions on top of tomatoes. Slice zucchini over both. Sprinkle bread crumbs over generously. Dot with butter and seasoned salt. Sprinkle one small bag of shredded sharp cheese over all. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

This is a delicious, easy meal for a busy mother to prepare, and also a great way to use the abundance of tomatoes and zucchini from the garden. Children enjoy arranging the vegetables that mother and (or) father has sliced, so it can be a family time as well.

Delicious. I used herb-flavored bread crumbs. It's also good (and very different) if you use pepper-jack cheese instead of cheddar.
