This sauce is EXCELLENT! I love it! The only thing I did not add was the salt as Velveeta tends to be a bit salty anyway. For added kick I put in a drop of Frank's Hot Sauce. Thanks so much for posting this!

This is AMAZING! Instead of putting it over veggies, I mixed it with rice. I made rice and cheese instead of Mac and Cheese. It was sooooo good! The only adjustment I made was I added a whole teaspoon of sugar. It match well with the cheddar cheese that I added. I added about 1/3 of a cup of mild cheddar cheese. It balanced my meal out very well. :)

Almost perfect for me. The only thing I do is add a dash of Colemans dry mustard powder.

This was the recipe my mother used since I was a child. I have continued the tradition... Cheese sauce on cauliflower every Thanksgiving. I do not use sugar or salt. Always used the Velveeta cheese. Never any leftovers.

 Chrissie Hanna (Texas) says:
Perfect, but, like others, left out salt because cheese is so salty and instead of peppers did a couple shakes of Cholula hot sauce. Also, hate the new Velveeta (they've changed the formula) so used Clancy's. It's like Velveeta used to be before they changed it.

AMAZING! Just finished whipping it up but I didn't use salt pepper or sugar.. It's perfect without. I also put some in the mash potatoes :)

 Jeff K (Wisconsin) says:
Leave out the sugar. Plenty sweet without and the sugar can overwhelm the cheesiness in spots

I altered the receipt to add smoked sausage drippings and it was awesome over broccoli cauliflower and pasta.
