CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Chinese noodles

Brown hamburger. Drain off fat. Place hamburger in bottom of a casserole. Make layers of the celery, onion, and peas. Combine soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and top with noodles. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6.

My mother made this when I was a kid and I have looked everywhere for this recipe. I'm making this next week and can hardly wait. It sounds terrible but it is amazing!

My mother used to make this - I loved it. It only bakes 30 minutes so the celery is still crisp, the Chow Mein Noodles are crunchy - the flavors are yummy!
