CHINESE GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. uncooked converted rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. soya sauce
1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 can mushrooms (opt.)

Assemble beef, onion, celery, rice, drained mushrooms in large bowl. Stir in soups and soya sauce. Mix lightly. Bake in lightly greased 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir in 1 cup chow mein noodles, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
