BARBECUED BEEF SHORT RIBS IN CROCK POT | |
3 lb. beef short ribs 1 cup water 1/4 cup cooking wine 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice) Place ribs in Crock-Pot standing. Pour in wine and water. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cook on LOW for approximately 8 hours. |
