CHEESE NOODLE - CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1 chicken, stewed, about 3 lbs.
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can celery soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Remove chicken from bones (bite-size pieces). Mix meat with celery, water chestnuts, green onions, mayonnaise, and soups. Alternate layers into a 9x13 inch pan (1/2 mixture and 1/2 Chinese noodles). Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
