MEXICANA BRUNCH PIE 
5 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) carton cream-style cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained

Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve. Yield: 6 servings.
