CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Salt & pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. minute rice
1/2 c. water
1 sm. can chow mein noodles

Brown meat and onions; add next four ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Add next four ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees; uncover and sprinkle noodles on top. Bake another 20 minutes.
