1 to 2 lb. hamburger, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken and rice soup Minute rice 1 can oriental vegetables Heat oven to 350°F. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with dry Minute rice (just cover bottom). Cover dry rice with the cooked hamburger. Drain most of water from vegetables. Spread vegetables over burger. Pour chicken and rice soup over top of vegetables. Spread mushroom soup in thin layer to cover complete pan. Cook in oven 40 minutes or until bubbles in center. |
