CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

Brown beef, celery and onions. Combine all ingredients but half the noodles. Put in a casserole and sprinkle noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
