CHINESE CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. fryer, boiled (3 1/2 lbs.), diced 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms 1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery soup) 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 jar pimento 1 can Chinese noodles Combine ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese. Bake 325 degrees, 1 hour (1 1/2 hours for double recipe). Real easy! |
